Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead compliance monitoring and analytics initiatives across our pharmacy and retail operations. As the Manager, Compliance Analytics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk-based compliance monitoring programs, analyzing complex datasets to identify potential compliance gaps, and providing actionable insights to business leadership.
This role offers a unique blend of technical data analysis and regulatory compliance management, allowing you to apply your expertise in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our Compliance Analytics team, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
- Compliance Risk Assessment Leadership: Manage the planning and execution of comprehensive compliance risk assessments for business activities within your assigned area of responsibility. You will identify, evaluate, and prioritize compliance risks while developing robust mitigation strategies.
- Monitoring Program Development: Lead the development of risk-based compliance monitoring work plans and protocols. Create systematic approaches to track, measure, and report on compliance performance across multiple operational domains.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Plan and execute compliance monitoring data analysis as directed by the Compliance Monitoring Analysis Director. Utilize advanced analytical techniques to transform raw data into meaningful compliance intelligence.
- Results Documentation: Analyze and document monitoring results with precision and attention to detail. Ensure all findings are accurately recorded and readily accessible for audit and regulatory review purposes.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports of monitoring results and provide actionable insights to business leaders. Present findings in clear, compelling formats that enable leadership to make informed decisions regarding compliance risk mitigation.
- Remedial Action Planning: Prepare and design reports of monitoring activities, results, and related corrective action plans (CAPs). Work collaboratively with operational teams to develop effective remediation strategies and track implementation progress.
- Business Intelligence Optimization: Leverage business intelligence tools including Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, and Stars to extract, analyze, and present compliance data. Develop automated reporting solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- SQL and Data Management: Utilize advanced SQL query skills to extract, mine, and manage data from large-scale databases. Ensure data integrity and accessibility across compliance analytics platforms.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply strong understanding of statistical concepts to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in compliance data. Support predictive analytics initiatives that help prevent compliance issues before they occur.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. Degrees in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related fields are strongly preferred.
- Experience Requirements (Option 1): Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or auditing role (e.g., internal audit, compliance monitoring, risk assessment).
- Experience Requirements (Option 2): High School Certificate/GED with at least 5 years of progressive experience in a compliance monitoring or auditing capability.
- Analytics Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience developing metrics, analyzing data, and converting information into actionable insights that identify potential risk areas or emerging trends.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience working with data analytical tools and processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Leadership Capabilities: At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will significantly enhance your candidacy:
- 5+ years of experience in compliance monitoring or auditing within a regulated industry
- Direct experience with regulatory compliance requirements in retail pharmacy and/or healthcare provider industries
- Experience handling private or highly sensitive information with discretion and integrity

- Advanced proficiency with business intelligence software including Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Expertise in data extraction and mining, including data acquisition, profiling, and data warehouse management

- Advanced skills in creating and optimizing SQL queries for large-scale database management
