Licensed Insurance Agent

Yardi is a pioneer in the property tech industry, seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to support residents with policy-related inquiries and assist in closing deals. The role involves handling inbound calls, presenting coverage options, and ensuring compliance while providing exceptional customer service to policyholders.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance policies to renters and property management clients using Yardi’s ResidentShield platform
• Answer questions about coverage options, policy changes, and new purchases via phone, email, and chat
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective policyholders

Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Property and Casualty Insurance license
• One plus (1+) years or experience in the insurance industry
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Solid analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
• Presentation and sales skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 desktop applications
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
