Motion Designer Mid (Porto, PT)

At Körber, we bring together pioneering technology and collaborative talent to solve challenges across industries. As part of our digital experience team, we’re looking for a 3D Motion & Media Designer who blends creativity with Video to bring our brand to life across channels.
In this role you will be at the forefront of developing high-impact visual content for digital campaigns, social media, product launches, and internal communications. Your work will help define how Körber is seen, understood, and felt — across markets and cultures.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional experts in brand, digital marketing, copywriters, creative designers, while collaborating with international stakeholders across functions to craft compelling content that drives visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop 3D animations and 2D motion graphics for campaigns, product communication, explainer videos and corporate content.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling video storytelling.

• Develop video and motion projects from concept, modeling, storyboard to final render and delivery.
• Apply advanced animation techniques, lighting, rendering, and compositing workflows.
• Ensure brand consistency and high production standards across all motion assets.

• Work closely with stakeholders across the company to understand needs and deliver compelling Video solutions.

• Apply sound, edit voice-over, design and audio mixing to enhance motion projects and create immersive audiovisual experiences.

Your Profile

• Degree in Motion Design, Animation, Media Design, Multimedia or similar.
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design with strong 3D expertise.
• Strong portfolio showcasing advanced 3D motion and 2D animation work.

• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere and strong 3D skills (Cinema 4D, 3dsmax, blender or similar).
• Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, composition, and storytelling.
• Experience in video editing and post-production workflows.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects confidently.
• Fluent in English.
• Audio post-production (sound design & basic mixing) for motion and video projects.
• Practical experience in voice-over recording is a plus.
