Position Overview
As an Authorization Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in our health solutions operations. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position that offers the flexibility of remote work while remaining fully integrated with our collaborative team. You will be responsible for managing a high-volume shared inbox and accurately entering new and renewal authorizations into our proprietary arenaflex system.

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities as an Authorization Data Entry Specialist will include:
- Inbox Management: Efficiently manage and process a high-volume shared inbox, ensuring all incoming authorization requests are properly logged, organized, and routed to the appropriate team members or departments as needed.
- Data Entry Accuracy: Accurately enter new authorization requests and renewal authorizations into the arenaflex system, verifying all information for completeness and correctness before submission.
- Quality Control: Perform thorough quality checks on all entered data to minimize errors and ensure compliance with established protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all authorization activities, including tracking numbers, patient information, medication details, and approval statuses.

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $31.30 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including your experience, education, and geographic location. This position is eligible for arenaflex bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs in addition to the base pay range listed above.
