What You'll Do

As a Solutions Analyst specializing in Labor Systems Data Solutions, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in our workforce management technologies. Your days will be filled with meaningful challenges and opportunities to make a real impact. Here's what you can expect:

• Lead Software Development Excellence: Follow established methodologies for software development and testing procedures, ensuring that all solutions meet the highest quality standards and align with industry best practices.


• Deliver Rapid Results: Provide swift and accurate solutions for our internal clients, understanding their needs and delivering functionality that empowers them to succeed in their roles.

What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications

• Programming Expertise: One or more years of experience with at least one primary programming language such as C#, VB.net, JavaScript, Python, or similar technologies. You should be comfortable writing clean, efficient code.


• Data Technology Proficiency: One or more years of experience working with data technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or comparable database systems. You should understand data modeling, querying, and optimization.


• Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically and analyze data critically, transforming raw information into actionable insights that drive business value.

Preferred Qualifications
