Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to identify, qualify, and onboard selling partners into our premium paid service programs. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective partners throughout the entire sales process, building lasting relationships and guiding them toward success with arenaflex's comprehensive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Executive at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our partner network and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Partner Identification and Qualification: Identify, qualify, and attract prospective selling partners for our Key Account Services. Utilize market research, networking, and outbound prospecting strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

  • Needs Assessment: Develop a clear understanding of our selling partners' unique business needs, challenges, and objectives. Gain deep knowledge of our platform's features, functionalities, and value propositions to effectively communicate benefits.

  • Solution Development: Create compelling, eloquent value propositions around our paid service programs. Tailor presentations and proposals to address specific partner pain points and demonstrate how arenaflex can accelerate their growth.

  • Sales Execution: Prospect, pitch, and close business to achieve monthly targets for both the quantity and quality of merchants enrolled. Employ a consultative, solutions-centered sales approach to maximize conversion rates.

  • Revenue Achievement: Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and key performance metrics. Consistently track progress toward goals and implement strategies to address any shortfalls.

  • Pipeline Management: Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously with strategic foresight and exceptional organizational skills. Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure no opportunity is overlooked.

  • Data-Informed Recommendations: Leverage partner data and analytics to inform recommendations that maximize the potential of assigned territories. Use insights to uncover hidden opportunities and optimize sales strategies.

  • Performance Monitoring: Implement and track metrics to maintain the success and quality of vendors in your territory. Utilize these metrics to guide daily activities and identify areas for improvement.

  • CRM Management: Understand and effectively utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce.com to track all relevant account information, monitor sales progress, forecast revenue, and prioritize activities to achieve quarterly goals.

  • Business Reviews: Prepare and deliver comprehensive business reviews regarding progress and health status for respective territories. Present findings to internal stakeholders and partners with clarity and professionalism.

  • Industry Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of the arenaflex Marketplace third-party seller ecosystem, including knowledge of competing product offerings and market trends.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal partners to drive process improvements, remove obstacles, and close deals. Collaborate with legal, product, and operations teams as needed.

  • Additional Projects: Manage additional projects while maintaining a current book of business, including mentorship, sales analysis, and other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, supplemented with a minimum of 4 years of sales experience in e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software industries.

  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 4 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Prospecting Skills: Demonstrated experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-pitching to businesses of all sizes. Comfortable with outbound sales motions and lead generation activities.

  • Executive Presence: Proven ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive and leadership levels.

  • Consultative Selling: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets using a consultative, solution-focused approach. Ability to understand client needs and craft tailored proposals.

  • Client Advocacy: Unwavering commitment to always acting in the best interest of the client, building trust and long-term relationships.

Compensation and Benefits
