What You'll Do

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the heart of our customer interactions. Your primary responsibility will be responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers seeking assistance with their orders, product inquiries, and account needs. Key Responsibilities Include:

Shift Details:


  • Standard Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time

  • Work Days: Monday through Friday

  • Weekends Off: Enjoy your Saturdays and Sundays free!

Training Program:

Your journey begins with our comprehensive 8-week onsite training academy. This immersive program will provide you with the knowledge, skills, and tools you need to serve our customers effectively. Upon joining, you'll receive all necessary equipment including a laptop, dual monitors, keyboard, and accessories on your first day. Our training team is committed to setting you up for success from day one.

Hybrid Work Model:

After successfully completing your 8-week training program and meeting work-from-home requirements, you'll transition to a hybrid work arrangement that offers the best of both worlds:


  • Flexible Schedule: Three days onsite at our Waterloo facility and two days working from home each week

  • Your Choice: The 2 days you work from home are flexible and can be adjusted weekly based on your preference

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience

  • Ability to commute to our Waterloo, IA facility from your home

  • A secure, dedicated workspace at home for remote work activities

  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs simultaneously

  • Stable internet connection with speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds
