What You'll Do

As a Data Analyst specializing in E2E Delivery Operations, you will be responsible for conducting ad hoc analysis, building dynamic dashboards, and developing actionable insights that address key business challenges in capacity, cost, fulfillment, and transportation. Your work will directly influence how arenaflex approaches delivery excellence and will create measurable impact at an extraordinary scale.

Key Responsibilities

Lead impromptu research and analysis to address emerging questions from senior leadership and operational teams regarding delivery performance, capacity planning, and cost optimization

Design and develop comprehensive dashboards and metrics for new customer-facing features such as expedited shipping options, ensuring real-time visibility into performance indicators

Conduct root cause analysis to identify primary factors contributing to late deliveries, enabling targeted improvements in our logistics network

Analyze and compare performance across different stores and markets to identify best practices, underperforming regions, and opportunities for operational improvements

Build fact-based predictive models that forecast demand, optimize delivery routes, and improve resource allocation across our fulfillment network

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including transportation, operations, engineering, and product management to gather data from various sources and support strategic initiatives

Design and measure retail experiments to test new delivery options, pricing strategies, and service enhancements using rigorous statistical methodologies

Apply SQL and data visualization tools to create compelling reports that communicate investigation findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Perform exploratory analysis including hypothesis testing and fundamental statistical testing to validate business assumptions and identify trends

Automate recurring tasks and develop monitoring processes that track, analyze, and alert key stakeholders about critical operational metrics and anomalies

Support test and learn initiatives by designing experiments, analyzing results, and providing data-driven recommendations for scaling successful pilots

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation

Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
