• **Source Growth Sessions via Email and Social Platforms:**
+ Efficiently manage email inbox and social platforms to maximize engagement with potential clients.+ Ensure no lead goes untouched and that messaging across these channels is prompt and compelling.+ Success Metrics: Conversion rate on responses for marketing-generated leads, revenue sourced, and show rate on growth sessions sourced.
• **Build Sales Systems:**
+ Play a pivotal role in building and fine-tuning a highly efficient and responsive lead management system.+ Create a well-oiled machine capable of seamlessly handling a substantial influx of leads from various channels.+ Success Metrics: Rate of change within the SBC machine - Documentation, processes, departmental growth, etc.

+ Engage in insightful conversations with prospective clients by continuously educating yourself on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the specific challenges and opportunities that SaaS companies encounter.+ Address prospects' pain points and demonstrate how our solutions can make a difference for their businesses.
