How Will You Make an Impact in This Role?
In this role, you'll be assisting customers with account and product inquiries via phone, as well as performing account maintenance on our arenaflex Business Line of Credit and a variety of Business Blueprint products. This servicing may be across Checking, Payment Accept, and Small Business Card products. You will also be trained to deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer card environment. Call volume can range on average from 80-100 calls a day.

Daily Responsibilities
- Pioneering the Servicing of Our Business Line of Credit and Banking Products: Lead the way in evolving arenaflex's servicing strategy by handling our Business Line of Credit and banking products with excellence and innovation.
- Extraordinary Customer Care Delivery: Provide exceptional customer care by responding to questions raised via phone and chat concerning Debit accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment.
- Multi-Product Support: Ability to support multiple servicing across checking and lending products, demonstrating versatility and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Consistent Service Model Utilization: Maintain consistent utilization of our customer servicing model to ensure standardized excellence across all interactions.
- Customer First Philosophy Support: Support Customer First philosophy by ensuring professional handling of customer requests and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.
- Comprehensive Account Maintenance: Supporting customers with maintenance, transactions, and funds-related inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Rewards and Redemption Expertise: Respond to customer inquiries around rewards and redemption with the ability to handle end-to-end resolution.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot customer problems and determine effective solutions to resolve issues completely the first time.
- Regulatory Compliance: Integrity: Adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing practices, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Minimum Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum two years of customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven Success in Customer Service Environment: Demonstrated track record of success in a customer service role for two or more years, with measurable outcomes and positive customer feedback.
- Fast-Paced Environment Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment.
- Platform Navigation Skills: Ability to navigate multiple servicing platforms efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Change Management and Learning: Proven ability to manage change and demonstrate continuous learning mindset, embracing new technologies and processes.
- Communication Excellence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial Servicing Experience: Previous experience in financial services, banking, or credit servicing roles is highly preferred and will be considered a strong asset.
Work Environment and Schedule
The hours of operation will fall within a 24/7 environment. After the 30-day training commitment, shift hours will be made available. We understand the importance of work-life balance and will work with you to find a schedule that meets your needs while serving our customers during peak hours.
Hybrid Work at Home Requirements
- Internet Speed: Current minimum speed requirements are 25 Mbps download by 5 Mbps upload speeds, preferably through broadband cable or fiber optic services. WiFi, Satellite, or SDL is not permitted.
- Work Environment: Work area free of noise and distractions. Ability to utilize webcam for virtual meetings and collaboration.
- Technology Setup: Must have a dedicated workspace with appropriate equipment to handle customer interactions professionally.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $20.00 to $22.75 hourly plus bonus and comprehensive benefits
