<h2><strong>Working hours:</strong> 7AM to 3PM EST</h2><p><span><strong>About the Role</strong></span></p><p><span>We are looking for a <strong>Technical Project Manager</strong> to join our Product Development organization and support a team building <strong>design templates and web capabilities for our Web Manager platform</strong>.</span></p><p><span>Web Manager is a website management and hosting platform similar to <strong>Wix</strong>, tailored for healthcare and legal professionals. The platform enables customers to create, manage, and scale their websites through customizable templates, integrations, and web-based tools.</span></p><p><span>In this role, you will work closely with <strong>frontend engineers, backend engineers, product managers, and designers</strong> to ensure the successful delivery of new features and improvements to the platform.</span></p><p><span>This role sits inside the <strong>engineering organization</strong> and requires someone comfortable operating in a modern web product environment.</span></p><hr><p><span><strong>What You'll Do</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Lead <strong>end-to-end delivery of web application features and initiatives</strong> across cross-functional engineering teams</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with <strong>product managers, designers, and engineering leads</strong> to translate product requirements into clear delivery plans</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate the development and launch of <strong>web platform features, template systems, and integrations</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage <strong>dependencies across frontend, backend, and platform teams</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Track project milestones, delivery risks, and team progress</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure clear communication between engineering, product, and business stakeholders</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help teams identify and resolve blockers related to <strong>technical dependencies, APIs, and system integrations</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to improving delivery processes, documentation, and team collaboration practices</span></p></li><li><p><span>Track delivery health through metrics such as velocity, cycle time, incident rates, and release stability</span></p></li></ul><hr><p><span><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span><strong>5+ years of experience in technical project management or technical program management</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working directly with <strong>software engineering teams building web applications</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience delivering <strong>web-based products or SaaS platforms</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong understanding of <strong>Agile development practices</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience managing projects involving <strong>APIs, integrations, and web services</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience coordinating <strong>cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, QA)</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on experience with project management tools such as <strong>JIRA and Confluence</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to communicate technical trade-offs and delivery risks clearly to stakeholders</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills</span></p></li></ul><hr><p><span><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience working on <strong>website builders, CMS platforms, eCommerce platforms, or web hosting products</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience supporting teams working with <strong>modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with <strong>microservices architectures and cloud-based systems</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working in <strong>high-traffic web platforms or consumer-facing products</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications</span></p></li></ul><hr><p><span><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></span></p><p><span>Successful candidates in this role typically have experience:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Working closely with engineering teams building <strong>web products</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinating delivery of <strong>frontend and backend features</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Managing dependencies across <strong>APIs, services, and platform components</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Delivering iterative improvements to <strong>web applications used by large numbers of customers</strong></span></p></li></ul>
