The Role: FNOL Customer Service Representative I
As a First Notice of Loss Representative I at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in our claims processing workflow. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in customer-facing environments and excel at multi-tasking while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You'll be responsible for receiving inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and field operators who are reporting First Notice of Loss incidents – essentially, reporting damage to our client's property that requires investigation and potential subrogation recovery.
This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an essential part of our team. We provide all the necessary computer equipment, and we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate different lifestyles and preferences. Our department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, which means you'll have multiple schedule options to choose from.
What You'll Do On a Typical Day
- Inbound Call Handling: Receive and process inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and field operators who are reporting FNOL incidents. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with damage claims, and your ability to create a positive interaction will set the tone for their entire experience with arenaflex.
- Data Entry Excellence: Communicate effectively while accurately entering data into our customized database system. Precision is critical here, as the information you collect becomes the foundation for the entire claims recovery process.
- Damage Reporting: Report underground damage to locate companies when applicable, ensuring that all necessary parties are notified promptly and accurately.
- Customer Support: Provide outstanding service to customer representatives, answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through the FNOL process with patience and expertise.
- Visual Analysis: Analyze photos and map the correct location of reported damage, using your analytical skills to interpret visual information and determine the nature and extent of the damage.

FNOL Incentive Program

The incentive is calculated daily based on your performance metrics. Each day where your talk time, not ready time, and service level meet the set standard, you'll earn $10.
