What You'll Do


As a Pre-Licensed Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our policyholders. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Resolve complex consumer issues: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovative thinking to address challenging customer concerns that require escalation beyond standard procedures.

  • Advise first-level representatives: Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to team members handling high-level or escalated issues.

  • Billing support: Assist policyholders with billing questions, payment concerns, and financial inquiries related to their insurance policies.

  • Policy modifications: Support policyholders in making changes to their coverage, including adjustments to coverage levels, policy additions, and beneficiary updates.

  • Customer recommendations: Analyze customer needs and provide personalized recommendations for coverage options that best suit their situations.

  • Compliance adherence: Maintain strict adherence to company policies, departmental guidelines, and regulatory requirements in all interactions.

  • Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our computer systems.

Essential Qualifications



  • Minimum of 6 months in a customer service role

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Proven verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable working with desktop computer systems

  • Strong organizational and work prioritization abilities

  • Logical problem-solving skills

  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems

Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous call center experience (6 months or more)

  • Prior experience in the insurance industry

  • Experience handling escalated customer complaints

  • Familiarity with multi-state insurance regulations

Work From Home Requirements

As a remote team member, you will need to maintain a professional home office setup that meets the following requirements:

  • Internet Connection: Minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps or higher
  • Internet Connection: Minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps or higher
  • Connection Quality: Internet service provider must demonstrate no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Verification: Proof of internet speed will be required
