Responsibilities

  • Translating data into insights that inform commercial strategies
  • Supporting category growth through analysis and storytelling
  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to track performance
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to support business decisions
  • Developing a strong understanding of retail dynamics and customer strategies

Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with interest in data-driven decision making
  • Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Building trust and reading the room during retailer meetings
  • Retail Math: Understanding margins, price elasticity, and share of shelf
  • Empathy & Active Listening: Identifying and solving a retailer's specific pain points
  • Data Storytelling: Translating complex metrics into a clear, persuasive narrative
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Exposure to syndicated data tools such as NielsenIQ or Circana (IRI)
  • Familiarity with retailer portals (e.g., 84.51°, Retail Link)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
