As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll work from home and:

  • Actively listen to and ask questions to identify customer needs
  • Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing
  • Process new and/or amended enrollments
  • Ensure our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
  • *Your Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Active Personal Lines resident license
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Passion for helping others
  • Patient and empathetic nature
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
