What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Funding Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for evaluating, processing, and finalizing retail and lease agreements from various dealerships in alignment with departmental protocols and guidelines. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving rules, regulations, and policies.

Primary Duties Include:


  • Documentation Review and Authentication: Scrutinize and authenticate retail and lease paperwork to ensure precision and adherence to arenaflex policies, established criteria, credit conditions, and state/federal laws. You will be responsible for verifying that all documentation meets our high standards for accuracy and compliance.

  • Dealer Communication: Manage incoming calls from dealerships during peak hours to resolve pending matters as necessary. You will serve as a key point of contact for our dealership partners, addressing questions, providing updates, and ensuring a smooth funding process.

  • Continuous Improvement: Actively engage in coaching sessions and training to collaboratively devise solutions that improve individual and collective departmental performance. Your feedback and insights will help shape process improvements across the team.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across divisions within the Operations Division to ensure a seamless customer experience. This may involve providing support to other departments as required to meet business demands and maintain our commitment to exceptional service.

  • Additional Duties: Fulfill other assigned duties as required to support team goals and organizational objectives.

Comprehensive Compensation

We offer a competitive pay rate of $18 per hour for this position.
