- Collaborate with the Product team to identify risks and develop mitigation plans. Work on-site with manufacturing partners as needed to ensure successful product launches.
- Work with Quality Engineers to establish product quality and reliability targets. Approve product capability plans, support reliability testing, and review results to ensure product performance meets stringent requirements.
- Coordinate the release of New Product Introduction (NPI) Bill of Materials (BOMs) into Product Data Management (PDM) systems. Support second-source component capability and release of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes, yield optimization, and cost reduction across the supply chain.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to manufacturing personnel and cross-functional team members.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Understanding of ASIC DFT (Design for Test) and ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) test processes, as well as post-silicon validation.
- Strong knowledge of SQL queries and scripting in Python or Bash.
- Familiarity with Product Data Management (PDM) systems and ERP platforms.
- Experience with reliability testing methodologies and failure analysis.
