What You'll Accomplish at arenaflex

As a Senior Data Scientist within our innovative data science division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of how we leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to deliver exceptional business outcomes. You will:

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and Business Analysts to support the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle—from initial use-case identification through model productionization and business outcome measurement.


• Assume a critical leadership role in building and scaling our marketing capabilities, placing machine learning at the core of our strategic initiatives.


• Engage directly with business partners to design and implement client-driven solutions that address real-world challenges.


• Develop, train, evaluate, validate, deploy, and monitor production-ready machine learning models that deliver measurable business value.


• Partner with leading academics, industry experts, and highly skilled engineers to prepare our organization to generate complex new insights from the most expansive datasets in the industry.


• Contribute to the development of entirely new approaches for creating meaning and value from massive information sets.


• Innovate and shape pristine strategies, tools, statistical methodologies, and models that set new industry standards.


• Mentor junior team members and share best practices in data science methodologies and model development.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring substantial experience and proven expertise in the following areas:

• Industry Experience: Strong background in artificial intelligence, data science, statistics, or related fields, including a demonstrated portfolio of productionized models with experience in model training, evaluation, validation, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.


• Statistical Programming: Proficiency in statistical programming languages, particularly Python, with hands-on experience using essential packages such as pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.


• Technical Environment: Extensive experience working with Jupyter Notebooks and other interactive development environments for data exploration and model development.


• Business Acumen: Ability to quickly acquire a deep understanding of domain data, business processes, and organizational objectives to translate analytical findings into actionable business insights.


• Communication Skills: Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present findings with clarity and impact.


• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.

• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git and platforms like GitLab or GitHub.


• Knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for deploying and scaling machine learning solutions.


• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.


• Experience working in agile development environments with strong understanding of software engineering best practices.


• Background in marketing analytics, customer segmentation, or demand forecasting is a plus.


• Understanding of data pipeline architecture and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.).
