As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers. During a Typical Day, You'll:
- Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, chat, email, or video platforms with professionalism and warmth
- Conduct comprehensive research to provide accurate answers for customers to resolve their issues efficiently
- Navigate multiple systems and applications to access customer information and document interactions thoroughly
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by going beyond basic issue resolution
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share best practices and improve overall service delivery
- Maintain product and service knowledge through ongoing training and self-directed learning
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure continuity of care
- Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, resolution time, and productivity
What You Bring to the Role

Essential Qualifications:
- Six months or more of customer service experience—whether in retail, hospitality, call centers, or any customer-facing role, you've developed the skills to handle diverse customer situations
- High school diploma or equivalent—your foundational education has prepared you for success
- Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge—you can learn complex information and communicate it clearly to others
- Computer experience—you're comfortable navigating software applications, typing efficiently, and learning new systems
- High-speed internet connection (greater than 25mbps)—a hardwired connection to your home router is required to ensure reliable service quality
- A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise—trust us, you'll appreciate the quiet as you focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
