About This Opportunity

Essential Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus!)
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Functional understanding of Windows operating systems
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Strong aptitude for evaluating, troubleshooting, and following up on customer issues
- Natural talent for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Customer service orientation—empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious

Physical Requirements
While this is a remote position, you'll be working in a professional environment. You'll be largely sedentary, required to sit/stand for extended periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
