Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking for a meaningful career where your work directly impacts the healthcare industry? arenaflex is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Healthcare Data Entry Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate provider contract records and ensuring seamless data management for our healthcare and insurance clients.
At arenaflex, we believe that behind every piece of data is a patient's care journey, a provider's livelihood, and a healthcare system's operational efficiency. Your contributions will help ensure that healthcare providers receive accurate contracts, insurance verification runs smoothly, and patients receive the care they need without administrative delays. This is more than just a data entry role—it's an opportunity to be part of something bigger in the healthcare ecosystem.
As a Remote Healthcare Data Entry Associate, you will work from the comfort of your home office, utilizing your strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage provider contract records, conduct research, and maintain data integrity across multiple systems. - Provider Contract Research & Installation: Research and install healthcare provider contracts, which includes verifying provider information, ensuring contract accuracy, and properly loading contracts into the database. You will work with both new contracts and amendments to existing agreements.
- System Updates & Status Management: Update customer systems with current provider status, contract details, and any changes in real-time. Maintain up-to-date records to support seamless operations for our clients.
- Quality Analysis & Problem Resolution: Analyze information collected during research and data entry to identify potential problems, discrepancies, or inconsistencies. Apply healthcare and insurance domain knowledge to resolve routine issues and escalate complex problems to more experienced team members when necessary.
- SLA Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all transactions to meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will be accountable for maintaining productivity and quality metrics.
- Email Monitoring & Communication: Monitor your email inbox and respond promptly to inquiries from internal team members, clients, and healthcare providers. Professional written communication is essential in this role.
