• *Work Overview and Responsibilities**

As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you'll be responsible for providing numerical modeling and analysis services to support critical business, operational, and strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and develop innovative solutions to complex business problems, leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and data science techniques.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement statistical models and analytical frameworks to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
• Design and implement data visualization tools and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
• Develop and maintain large-scale data models and algorithms using advanced programming languages and tools
• Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide recommendations for business improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation

• *Essential Qualifications:**

• Postgraduate education (PhD or ABD) in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
• Strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis
• Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, or Julia
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand business needs and opportunities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience working in the airline or travel industry
• Familiarity with arenaflex's data sources and systems
• Experience with Julia programming language
• Strong background in software engineering and formal high-level software engineering coursework
• 2+ years of professional experience in a data science or analytics role
• 1+ year of experience working with large-scale data models and algorithms
