  • *Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collecting and processing customer information, troubleshooting product and mobile application issues, and providing training and support to clinical customers and patients
  • Developing a strong understanding of healthcare services and networks, and answering a wide range of customer questions
  • Providing tier 1 technical support for assistance with healthcare applications, and processing requests and telephone inquiries in accordance with HIPAA and HITECH confidentiality policies and procedures
  • Maintaining exceptional knowledge of products and providing support and training to customers
  • Explaining processes, forms, and procedures to callers, ensuring customers understand required documentation requirements and subsequent measures
  • Providing customer service via phone, email, live chat messages, and texts, and addressing customer issues and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner
  • Following up with website inquiries and conducting product presentations to prospective customers who have inquired and want more information to make a purchase decision
  • Setting sales appointments for sales team leadership and asking probing questions to fully understand customer needs
  • Providing professional, compassionate, and concierge-like service to customers, and maintaining a properly equipped home office

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • The ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • The ability to be flexible and adaptive to a fast-paced call center environment

This is a full-time employment W2 position with eligibility for benefits. All employees will be given equipment to fulfill the role. We're looking for self-motivated individuals who can work 8am - 5pm EST or 10am - 7pm PST. This is a remote/Work From Home position, and we're excited to welcome you to our team!
