If so, arenaflex is looking for an exceptional Recruiting Data Analyst to join our growing People team—all from the comfort of your home office.

At arenaflex, we believe that great talent builds great companies. Our Recruiting Analytics team sits at the intersection of data science and human resources, leveraging cutting-edge technology to understand hiring trends, measure recruitment effectiveness, and optimize our talent acquisition processes. As a Remote Recruiting Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in providing the insights that drive strategic hiring decisions across the entire organization.

About the Role

The Recruiting Analytics group at arenaflex is embedded within our Talent Acquisition business unit and serves as the analytical backbone for recruitment decisions throughout the company. We don't just report numbers—we uncover stories in the data that help leadership make informed choices about where to invest in talent, how to improve candidate experiences, and which recruitment channels deliver the best ROI.

We're constantly refining our approach to data analysis to better understand hiring patterns and their impact on organizational success. Our team prioritizes building tools using open-source software that are customized to address internal stakeholder needs, giving us the agility to make real-time adjustments and respond quickly to changing business requirements.

As a Recruiting Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll create robust reporting models that analyze key performance indicators, contribute to the development of our in-house data platforms, and work directly with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements that help the organization better serve its hiring managers and candidates alike.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our Recruiting Analytics team, you will be responsible for turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Apply a product-centric approach to data and reporting, ensuring discoverability through user-friendly documentation and maintaining trustworthiness with rigorous data validation and testing protocols

  • Design, build, and maintain data models that ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis across the recruiting lifecycle

  • Collect, examine, and present data from various systems while identifying patterns and correlations that might otherwise go unnoticed, furnishing actionable insights to drive strategic decisions

  • Effectively communicate data analysis to non-technical audiences, translating complex statistical findings into clear, understandable recommendations for hiring managers and executive leadership

  • Recognize patterns and identify gaps within our applicant tracking system and drive system-level improvements by collaborating with end users, system administrators, and technology partners

  • Ensure successful integration with downstream systems and accurate reporting to stakeholders, maintaining data integrity across all recruitment analytics platforms

  • Develop dashboards and visualizations that track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline health

  • Partner with recruiting leaders to define success metrics and establish baseline measurements for ongoing performance tracking

  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests from business partners to address specific hiring challenges or strategic workforce planning initiatives

What You'll Bring

We're seeking a candidate who combines strong technical skills with business acumen and a passion for improving recruitment outcomes. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in SQL and other common query languages for data extraction and manipulation

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms
