*Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

Handling incoming contacts for arenaflex brands via voice, email, and chat
Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests
Identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques to maximize revenue
Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
Providing customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution

*Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience required
No supervisory experience required
To live within 100 miles of Austin, TX CEC
A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 3 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed
