As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be the customer-facing voice, providing exceptional support and developing creative solutions to customer issues. Your responsibilities will include:
- Validating ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
- Ensuring PO entry accuracy as the frontline for data entry
- Checking and validating accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
- Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
- Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions
- Proactively updating order status to accelerate the billing process
- Supporting Sales Department with answers to questions and providing research responses
- Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions
- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of relevant work experience
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience as an account representative
- Oracle experience
