As an Experienced Customer Service Chat Senior Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and healthcare providers seeking support and guidance on various health insurance-related topics. Your expertise will be invaluable in delivering a seamless customer experience, resolving complex inquiries, and advocating for customers' health and wellness. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to setting the bar for quality care and customer experience.

  • *Primary Responsibilities**
  • Help customers and healthcare providers understand arenaflex's business and products, including Medical (Proclaim, Facets, PMHS), Dental (DPPO and DHMO), Pharmacy (OneRx), and iCSA (website support/navigation/password resets).
  • Provide robust customer support with various and sometimes complex inquiries in one-stop, helping to reduce transfers and wait times.
  • Take ownership of inquiries and issues and do your best to resolve them the first time, every time.
  • Advocate for customers' health and wellness by educating them on disease management programs and making recommendations on the right healthy living programs for their needs.
  • Utilize the Chat platform to support two customers simultaneously, requiring attention to detail and technological savvy.
  • Collaborate with the team to share best practices, improve processes, and drive business growth.
  • *Key Qualifications**
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Call Center experience is highly preferred.
  • Thorough technical knowledge in Medical terminology is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, human connection/empathy, researching, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated oral, written, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills preferred.
  • Successful candidate will have prior experience with time management, excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and customer-centric.
