Your Role as a Virtual Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Provide consultative, accurate, and efficient responses to customer questions about our products and services
- Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and speed
- Document customer interactions, preferences, and issues in our CRM system with meticulous attention to detail
- Process customer orders through our E-Commerce platform, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to drive satisfaction and retention
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information
- Achieve first-call resolution by being proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
- Meet or exceed call center metrics including quality scores, average talk time, and customer satisfaction ratings
- Serve as the "Voice of the Customer," identifying trends and contributing to service improvement initiatives
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors with clear recommendations for resolution
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative projects via video conferencing

Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional customer service experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a contact center or call center environment (virtual or physical)
- Proven Business-to-Customer (B2C) experience with direct client-facing responsibilities
- Experience handling high-volume inbound call intake
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management)
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding time management and organizational abilities
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid work ethic with a commitment to excellence, with or without supervision
- Experience supporting customers across multiple channels (chat, email, phone)

- Availability to work Saturday shifts as needed (Current hours: 8:00 AM CST – 6:00 PM CST)
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

- E-commerce, sales, and retention experience in a customer-facing role
- Product knowledge in the health, wellness, or supplement industry
- Experience with specific platforms such as Zendesk, Singlecomm, Salesforce, Slack, Google Drive/Docs/Sheets, VoIP, or other Cloud-Based Telephony software
