- *Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Engineer in our Security team, you'll play a critical role in developing and growing our online protection business by building and nurturing relationships with clients. You'll be a trusted advisor to clients, promoting our security solutions and providing expert guidance to C-level executives, security leaders, developers, and analysts to drive projects forward. You'll collaborate with clients to identify the best technology/solution and advise on the most effective way to acquire and ensure compliance.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Work with Security Sales and Google Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand client technical and compliance issues, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers.
- Collaborate with all Google Cloud Security products to demonstrate and validate solution benefits in client and partner environments.
- Support Google Cloud Security opportunities and relationships, own technical aspects of solutions, and deliver technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proofs-of-concept, and demos to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver product messaging to feature our solutions' value proposition using techniques including presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, trial management, and response reports.
- Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events where relevant.
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field).
- Four-year certification or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience working with security or cloud native models in a client-facing role.
- Experience in network security (e.g., threat detection, malware knowledge, cloud security management, or identity and access management frameworks).

- Graduate degree in Software Engineering, Design, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Certification in the Cloud or Security industry.
- Experience in conducting security assessments for enterprises (e.g., threat hunting, malware knowledge, cloud security posture management, or SIEM and TAP).
- Knowledge of product and market trends in the network security industry (e.g., ransomware, attack frameworks, zero trust, etc.).
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, presentation, and attention to detail skills.
