We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Engineer to join our team of technical experts who work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. As a Customer Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading technical projects, providing technical account management, and driving the adoption of arenaflex Cloud among our clients. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and design client solutions to meet assembled requirements.
- Lead technical projects, technology support, bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical assets.
- Deliver product messaging for the arenaflex Cloud Platform by utilizing whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents.
- Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice advice to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud platform effectiveness.
- Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required.
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a client-facing role.
- Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and infrastructure.
- Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
- Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other relevant technologies.
- Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies.
- Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques.
- Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT innovation space.

- Strong technical background in cloud computing, software engineering, and related fields.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
