As a Customer Care Representative II, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls and responding to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits and pharmacy delivery. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our members receive the support they need. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Initiating outbound calls to internal and external customers to provide assistance regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims
- Analyzing problems and providing information/solutions to customers
- Operating a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documenting information, activities, and changes in the database
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relations and coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
- Researching and analyzing data to address operational challenges and customer service issues
- Providing external and internal customers with requested information, proficient in all basic customer service functions
- Receiving and placing follow-up telephone calls/e-mails to answer customer questions
- Seeking, understanding, and responding to the needs and expectations of internal and external customers
- Outbound calls are conducted in the ZipDrug business area
- *Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an automated customer service environment
- Any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background
