We are currently seeking an experienced Content Manager to join our dynamic team for a 6+ month contract engagement. Position Overview
As a Content Manager at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our content production workflow and ensuring seamless coordination across marketing, sales, and creative teams. This hybrid position requires you to be on-site at our Provo, Utah office three days per week (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays), with flexibility for remote work on Wednesdays and Fridays.
You will serve as the central liaison between regional marketing leaders, creative teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences worldwide. The ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience in content production within an agency or high-growth corporate environment, coupled with exceptional project management skills and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad range of strategic and tactical activities designed to optimize our content production pipeline. Here's what you can expect:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the marketing organization to develop, refine, and operationalize a scalable workflow for creative production. Your ability to translate business objectives into actionable content strategies will be critical to success.
- Global Content Scaling: Work alongside regional marketing leaders to expand content initiatives globally. You will identify opportunities to localize campaigns, virtual events, SEO content, and video materials, managing the entire process from initial brief through final distribution.
- Cross-Functional Feedback Integration: Actively listen to and incorporate feedback from marketing, sales, partners, and customers. You will work with internal teams to prioritize projects effectively and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
- Production Schedule Management: Oversee the day-to-day content production schedule, coordinating a diverse mix of internal writers, external agencies, and creative professionals. Your project management expertise will be essential in keeping initiatives on track and within scope.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple stakeholders, managing expectations and maintaining clear communication channels throughout the content development lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets brand standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks before publication or distribution.

Required Qualifications & Experience
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate a robust background in content production with a focus on managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Extensive Industry Experience: A minimum of 8 years in content production, preferably within an agency model where you have successfully managed multiple stakeholders and complex campaigns simultaneously. This experience should include demonstrated expertise in end-to-end content development.
- Project Management Proficiency: Proven experience working with creative and content teams to manage projects from initial brief through go-live. You should be comfortable using project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
- Global Operations Experience: Demonstrated experience working globally with the ability to manage multiple project timelines across different time zones and regions. Cultural awareness and adaptability are essential traits for success.
- Production Expertise: A comprehensive understanding of the production requirements for a wide range of content types, including editorial content, campaign materials, email marketing, social media content, and video production. Familiarity with various content formats and distribution channels is crucial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, from C-suite executives to creative freelancers.
