They are seeking Environmental/Toxic Tort attorneys to join their San Diego, Carlsbad & Inland Empire offices, offering opportunities in toxic tort actions and general liability work.

Responsibilities

• Practice within the Environmental/Toxic Tort department and other general liability work
• Handle toxic tort actions, including benzene, PFAS, heavy metals, silica, solvents, mold and asbestos
• Focus on Prop 65 and class action matters
• Engage in client interactions and handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials

Skills

• Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the state of California
• Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
• Candidates must possess strong academic backgrounds
• Candidates must have proven skills in research
• Candidates must be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
