Position Overview


arenaflex is currently seeking 2-3 highly motivated and skilled Customer Success Representatives to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

This includes troubleshooting basic technical problems independently and escalating complex technical matters (such as website updates, CRM adjustments, or ad configuration changes) to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Strategic Support Sessions: Schedule and conduct weekly Zoom calls with clients to provide personalized support, review their marketing performance, and offer guidance on maximizing their return on investment.
  • Sales Coaching Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and provide coaching on sales strategies, lead conversion techniques, and effective client communication.
  • Industry Knowledge Maintenance: Stay continuously informed about current real estate market trends, social media advertising best practices, and emerging digital marketing strategies. Apply this knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • CRM System Support: Ensure clients are effectively utilizing our proprietary CRM system. Provide training, answer questions, and assist with any related queries to help clients get the most out of our technology platform.
