What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As the CDP Product Leader at arenaflex, you'll bring your technical expertise and leadership skills to manage, optimize, and advance our Adobe Experience Platform Real-time CDP. This is a high-impact role where you'll work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, analytics, and customer experience teams to ensure our CDP delivers maximum value to the business.

Platform Management & Optimization


  • Own the end-to-end management and maintenance of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP, ensuring it meets all business requirements and performs at peak efficiency

  • Monitor platform health and conduct regular audits to identify optimization opportunities and ensure best-in-class utilization

  • Develop and implement governance frameworks to maintain data quality, security, and compliance across the platform

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of platform configurations, workflows, and processes

Technical Leadership & Guidance


  • Provide expert technical guidance to internal teams on segment building, audience activation, and RT-CDP capabilities

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to align technical implementations with business objectives

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for all things related to our Customer Data Platform

Problem Solving & Innovation


  • Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively, implementing sustainable solutions

  • Stay current with the latest trends, features, and best practices in Adobe Experience Platform and the broader CDP landscape

  • Identify opportunities to leverage new platform capabilities to drive business value

  • Work closely with Adobe Support and consulting partners to coordinate product enhancements and resolve complex issues

Team Enablement & Collaboration


  • Design and deliver training programs to upskill internal teams on effective platform usage

  • Lead education sessions and workshops to promote platform adoption and best practices

  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between technical implementations and business goals

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in technical data management combined with excellent communication skills. We're looking for candidates who can bridge the gap between technical complexity and business impact.


  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in technical data management and marketing technology solutions

  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent Customer Data Platform solutions

  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach

  • Values Alignment: Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and customer data

  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Authorization: Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States

  • CDP Experience: Direct experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Customer 360, or Segment

  • Implementation Track Record: Proven success managing and implementing complex enterprise-level systems

  • Data Governance: Deep understanding of data governance and data management best practices

  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in large-scale e-commerce or digital business environments, preferably with a focus on customer journey optimization

  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
