Position Overview
In this critical role, your primary objective will be to cultivate an insights-driven Talent organization that enables strategic workforce choices and drives superior talent and business outcomes by making data-enabled decisions with confidence. You'll serve as the strategic leader of our Talent Data Operations & Insights team, specializing in strategic partnership and customer-driven products that directly impact our workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
The successful candidate will develop a transport roadmap that supports the development, execution, and advancement of our overall Talent strategy to meet evolving business demands. You'll provide relevant insights to Talent Partners and Delivery leaders, proactively highlighting wins, opportunities, and risks with informed recommendations that shape organizational direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Talent Data Operations & Insights Crew: Direct a high-performing team focused on strategic partnership and customer-driven products, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in workforce analytics.
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive transport roadmap that supports the development, execution, and evolution of our overall Talent strategy to meet dynamic business needs.
- Insight Generation & Delivery: Provide actionable insights to Talent Partners and Delivery leaders, proactively identifying wins, opportunities, and risks while delivering informed recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.
- Data Modeling & Visualization: Develop sophisticated data models that are easily digestible and empower team members to make informed decisions quickly and accurately.
- Strategic Priority Identification: Identify priorities and roadmap elements unique to the business, incorporating multiple internal and external data sources to create comprehensive workforce intelligence.
- Talent Team Enablement: Enable the Talent team to become strategic advisors with the capacity to directly influence business results through data-driven insights.
- Consultancy & Self-Serve Tools: Deliver consultancy services, analysis, insights, and user-friendly self-service tools that democratize data access across the organization.
- Leadership Influence & Governance: Influence leaders on leveraging available insights and drive governance efforts, including business process improvements and accountability management.
Essential Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related analytical field.
- Domain Expertise: Strong domain knowledge in business areas combined with comprehensive understanding of internal data ecosystems and how to leverage organizational data assets effectively.
- Strategic Skills Experience: Proven experience in developing and executing talent strategy, analysis, and insights plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Analytical Track Record: Demonstrated success in delivering complex analysis and insights supporting strategic initiatives across multiple business units.
- Technical Scalability: Ability to develop scalable and repeatable suites of tools and processes that meet evolving business needs efficiently.
