The Associate Account Manager role is designed to develop candidates into elite sales professionals through a structured apprenticeship program, culminating in the management of a personal customer base and driving client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• You will partner with an experienced Account Manager, to learn from them and help drive their business forward
• To begin, you will recruit on open positions for our Fortune 500 customers
• This will create the foundation for your sales development
• As you develop your skills, you will advance into our Sales Readiness Program
• Upon promotion to Account Manager, you will develop and service your own customer base by creating meaningful partnerships, building trust, and driving client outcomes
