In this pivotal role, you will help design and implement our AI strategy to elevate our developer experience platform to new heights and accelerate application development across arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

As an AI Architect at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in defining and executing our AI strategy for the developer experience platform. Your responsibilities will include:

• AI Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive AI strategies that elevate our developer experience platform and drive innovation across the organization.


• Machine Learning Model Development: Build, train, and deploy machine learning models using advanced techniques including deep learning, transformer architectures, and large language models (LLMs).


• Quantitative Programming: Demonstrate deep expertise in quantitative programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, working with distributed stores including S3, Flash, and Vector Databases.


• Model Experimentation: Lead model deployment for experimentation, continuously iterating on AI solutions to achieve optimal performance and reliability.


• Transformer & Embedding Implementation: Apply strong understanding of transformer architecture and vector embeddings to solve diverse business challenges across the platform.


• Data Quality Management: Ensure exceptional data quality through rigorous analysis, modeling, handling of missing values, anomaly detection, model performance evaluation, result validation, and actionable interpretation of findings.


• Algorithm Selection & Tuning: Select appropriate ML algorithms, train models, and fine-tune hyperparameters to achieve the best predictive performance possible.


• Foundation Model Integration: Gain experience with training models or utilizing foundation models, with the ability to retrain or fine-tune for custom business needs.


• Technical Communication: Present experimental results in a clear and compelling manner, translating complex AI model capabilities into digestible information for non-technical stakeholders.


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with AI engineers, software developers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver end-to-end AI-enabled solutions.


• Developer Productivity Enhancement: Apply ML techniques to improve developer productivity tools and workflows, creating meaningful impact across the engineering organization.

Essential Qualifications

To thrive in this role at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred.


• Programming Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL with hands-on experience working with distributed storage systems.


• ML/AI Experience: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with cutting-edge machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, statistics, and large language models.


• Transformer Knowledge: Strong grasp of transformer architecture, vector embeddings, and ability to apply models to solve various business problems effectively.


• Data Analysis Skills: Proven ability to ensure data quality through thorough analysis, including handling missing values, detecting anomalies, evaluating model performance, validating results, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.


• Model Development: Experience selecting appropriate ML algorithms, training models, and calibrating hyperparameters to achieve optimal predictive performance.


• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.


• Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
