About the Netfx Team
The Netfx team is an exciting cross-functional initiative within arenaflex that focuses on visual effects (VFX) operations and optimization. Built on arenaflex's innovative platform, Netfx optimizes the pairing of skills to responsibilities, enabling us to execute a high volume of global projects efficiently. Our team manages an extensive ecosystem of VFX resources, including VFX companies and artists throughout the post-production environment, ensuring that our members experience the best version of every show – sparking joy around the world.

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated Market Research & Business Analyst Intern to join our team for Summer 2024. This position is based in Costa Rica and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global marketplace analysis within the entertainment industry. No previous experience is required – we are looking for candidates who are eager to learn, passionate about the entertainment sector, and ready to contribute fresh perspectives to our team.

Key Responsibilities
As a Market Research & Business Analyst Intern at arenaflex, you will be involved in a variety of exciting projects and responsibilities, including:
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of well-established transactional and digital marketplaces to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Financial Modeling: Assist in developing financial models to evaluate business performance and assess potential scenarios for future growth.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Contribute to forecasting and budgeting procedures to support overall financial planning efforts within the Netfx team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across various departments to gain a holistic understanding of business operations and identify synergies.
- Communication: Participate in meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Data Collection: Gather and organize data from multiple sources to support ongoing research initiatives and analytical projects.

- Location Requirement: Must reside in Costa Rica during the internship period. Relocation and housing assistance may be provided if applicable.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with software programs including Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
