The Role As an Entry Level Phlebotomist/Medical Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations of our Plasma Donation Center. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our donors, ensuring their safety and satisfaction, and contributing to the collection of high-quality plasma that will become life-changing medicines. This is an on-the-job training opportunity, and we will provide you with the necessary skills and support to excel in this role.
