Your Mission As a Part-Time Customer Service Agent for arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt, professional, and personalized support. Your key responsibilities will include: * Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat * Assisting customers with questions related to products, orders, shipping, and returns * Providing detailed product knowledge, educating customers about ingredients like 7hydroxymitragynine and pseudoalkaloids, as well as usage guidelines * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system * Escalating wholesale purchase concerns to the appropriate internal team * Staying up-to-date with company policies, product updates, and relevant regulations Tech Checklist – Gotta Have It!
