What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting customers: Provide exceptional customer service, both inside and outside of the center, to ensure a positive experience for our customers. * Utilizing technology: Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient operations. * Equipment management: Move, hook up, and inspect U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring they're in good working condition. * Administrative tasks: Prepare rental invoices and manage equipment returns, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless operations. * Ongoing training: Participate in ongoing training and education programs to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex policies. What is Required (Qualifications) To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Valid driver's license: A valid driver's license with a good driving record is essential for this position. * High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a focus on customer service or a related field. * Physical abilities: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing at least 50 lbs. * Safety awareness: Willingness to work in environments requiring safety precautions, such as wearing personal protective equipment (PPE). * Availability: Availability for scheduled work shifts, including weekends.
