They are seeking a temporary Customer Service Coordinator to support the electronic forms team by managing day-to-day activities, including form validation and communication with software developers.
Responsibilities
- Perform testing to ensure functionality for client
- Communicate changes and updates to software engineering teams, working collaboratively across business units
- Manage multiple cases within SLAs and work with programming as necessary to convey customer requests
- Other projects and initiatives as agreed upon
Skills
- High school diploma
- Adaptable, collaborative work style with appreciation for a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working with clients and customers
- Familiarity with banking systems, terminology and processes
- 1 year or more experience in the banking industry
- Experience with core banking application products
- Experience with Jira
