As an Experienced Healthcare Eligibility Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and maintaining eligibility data for benefits, both manually and through automated systems
• Interacting with internal partners and external clients/vendors to manage and resolve eligibility issues
• Generating reports to identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Providing technical support for electronic eligibility processing and troubleshooting system issues as needed
• Ensuring customer data is installed and maintained accurately and promptly
• Collaborating with technical systems teams to resolve system-related issues

• Providing support with manual and automated eligibility processes and reporting tools

• *Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent
• **Work Experience:** Prior work-at-home (WAH) experience is highly preferred
• **Technical Skills:**
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote+ Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues (setting up equipment, navigating systems)+ Familiarity with eligibility systems, reporting tools, and manual/automated data entry is a plus

• *Schedule:**

As a remote employee, you will be required to work the following schedule:

• **Training Schedule:**
+ 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST for 4 weeks (Classroom training)+ Additional 2 weeks of on-the-job training
• **Regular Schedule:**
+ 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST (Monday to Friday), with scheduling based on business needs
