Responsibilities



  • Assist in hiring process by sourcing, screening and shortlisting, and interviewing candidates

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates in DevOps and Security deps

  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring

  • Focus on candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure success


Requirements



  • 2+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience

  • Experience with DevOps and Security hiring position

  • Experience of conducting competency-based interviews

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including Upper-Intermediate English
