- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing client emails, chat, faxes, and lockbox with accuracy and adherence to process (i.e., FIFO)
- Handling specialty orders and process handling with precision and care
- Providing client chat support and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Offering customer service phone support and resolving issues to the satisfaction of our clients
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while delivering superior customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Providing accurate and timely product and service information to our clients
- Ensuring prompt and accurate order completion and resolving any issues that may arise
- Completing account correspondence (email, chat, fax, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner
- Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor or team lead

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous inbound call center experience, preferably in a customer service or sales role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Excellent computer, typing, and 10-key skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
