- The role requires familiarity with Market and Technology Roadmapping techniques, collaboration across the business unit & stakeholders to compile and maintain an integrated advanced technology & manufacturing process roadmap aligned to business objectives.
- This position also requires a project leader with 1st hand knowledge of technology readiness levels and technology transfer mechanisms with both internal and external partners.
- Additionally, the candidate will have a role in managing our advanced technology cross-functional/governance meeting and administering the quarter technology awards program.
- Requirements:
- Success track record of leading complex technology, process, & research with demonstrated technology insertions
- Excellent cross-functional leadership & communication abilities

- Stakeholder management – Identify and manage stakeholder expectations

- Demonstrated Effective active project Risk management capability
- Interpret technical insight and make informed decisions to guide the project towards successful completion
