Specialist, Retail & Trade Marketing

CHANEL is focused on creating an inclusive culture and is seeking a Specialist to join the Fragrance & Beauty Retail & Trade Marketing team. This role provides operational and project support across multiple retail partners, ensuring marketing initiatives and in-store activations are executed seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the kitting process including coordinating quantities with internal partners, submitting internal orders, and partnering with Operations Excellence team to ensure smooth execution
• Partner with Operations Excellence and external vendors to coordinate installation timelines and ensure smooth execution of activations and visual updates across the network
• Assist in briefing multi-retailer activations to creative and production teams, supporting the development of retail elements such as client stoppers and other in-store tools
• Contribute to budget tracking and reconciliation for retail activations
• Help strengthen processes, timelines, and operational rigor across the Retail & Trade Marketing team

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, retail marketing, project coordination, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through in managing logistics and operational processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
• Ability to manage operational complexity while maintaining visibility into timelines and deliverables
• Proficiency in Excel and project management tools such as Smartsheet
• Bachelor's degree required
