Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP is seeking a Business Development Systems Assistant responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Firm’s CRM database, InterAction, and providing troubleshooting support. The role involves managing the administration of InterAction, preparing reports, and resolving discrepancies in contact information.
Responsibilities
- Manages the ongoing administration of InterAction
- Assists with preparing daily reports on company executive moves for Partners
- Works closely with the Firm’s Legal Administrative Assistants, collecting Firm-wide contact (client, supplier, etc.) information and resolving contact information discrepancies with InterAction
- Helps maintain InterAction by researching and reporting on company and contact information in order to provide analytical support to Partners and staff
- Helps manage special projects/applications that arise for InterAction
- Performs other duties, as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least one year of working with InterAction (or equivalent CRM system)
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
- Possess technical systems knowledge
- Excellent time management and research skills
- Solid verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Capable of working well under pressure and coordinating several activities at one time
- Ability to see projects through to completion
- Availability to work overtime, as needed
