About the Role

We're looking for a Sneaker Authentication Specialist to join our team in the greater Ohio area. In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of our commitment to authenticity, ensuring that every pair of sneakers purchased through arenaflex is genuine, accurately described, and meets our rigorous quality standards.

You'll stay current with the latest footwear industry trends, sneaker releases, and collaborations with retailers ranging from streetwear to high fashion. Your expertise will be crucial in verifying sneakers, identifying manufacturer defects, assessing wear and tear, and investigating SKU and size information to ensure every purchaser receives the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Authenticity Verification: Assess preloved and new products from major fashion brands to ensure their authenticity through detailed inspection and research
• Quality Inspection: Perform comprehensive investigations to confirm items' descriptions and conditions are consistent and accurate
• Counterfeit Detection: Identify and report counterfeit items with concise and specific findings, contributing to our zero-tolerance policy for fakes
• Market Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable on current brand trends, releases, and industry developments
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in a fast-paced office environment while achieving quality metrics and productivity goals daily
• Communication: Proactively communicate with managers about daily activities, challenges, and improvements
• Physical Requirements: Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and stand on your feet for extended periods

Essential Qualifications
